Good post on problems buying Milford foreclosures

The link above takes you to Norm Werner's site and a post he wrote about the challenges in buying a foreclosure.

As an exclusive buyer's broker with a lot more experience I don't agree with everything he says, but his major point is very good. You can spend a lot of money on a foreclosure and still not end up buying it.
